flotillas For each of the eight , each with three catamarans, 5,000 SNFS will be spent at 5,000 euros each. Each flotilla has its specially illustrated tokens. Since these deposits are later securitized via SNFS in the Liechtenstein securities register, they have the properties of a security, i.e. they can be traded on each trading day and, if necessary, exchanged for other currencies.
Unlike many purely graphical SNFS, our 3Ship.cruises/MMC.cruises SNFS are less about the associated image and rather the buyer receives a share of the cash flow of the overall project. The first flotilla will be on the market from January 2024. The first profit distribution (dividend) to SNFS owners is therefore in spring 2025.
The tables below show how the expected yield could develop. Even with the worst possible development, an average annual return over the entire term of 5.6% and a payout starting at 118 euros per year per token is expected, with an assumed annual inflation of 5%.
Sales will start at January 2023. Owners of four 3Ship.cruises SNFS will receive a cash flow certificated MMC.cruises SNFS worth EUR 5,000 from mid-2023. In other words: If you invest 4,000 euros in advance, you have a guaranteed immediate return of 20 percent.
The overall 3Ship.cruises project is scheduled to last 24 years until 2048. The ship flotilla have a lifespan of a good 15 years.
